Refunds will not be issued for team talks. Each athlete or parent/guardian needs to sign the consent form prior to team talk. This ensures that team talks will run smoothly and on time.

I have no responsibility or liability for these independent policies of the payment processing companies. You release the Company, our affiliates, and our payment processing company from any damages that you incur, and agree not to make any claims against us or them, that have come from your purchase through this website or its content.
Superbills: If you would like to obtain a document with the information you need to submit your own claim to your insurance company, you first need to provide a referral from your physician with the nutrition-related diagnosis. Your physician can fax or email that to me directly. Your individual insurance plan is an agreement between you and your insurance company. It is necessary for you to know the specific details of your own plan. Valerie Mey/Nutrition Breakthru LLC is not in a position to interpret the benefits of your health insurance.
Cancellations and Rescheduling.
Please notify Valerie as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment either by email or phone. If you do not show for an appointment or have not provided a 24-hour cancellation notice, you will be charged $50.00. Exceptions include dangerous weather or a medical emergency. If you arrive to your appointment late, the session will end at the scheduled time regardless of when it started and full payment is expected. Valerie Mey/Nutrition Breakthru LLC respects your time and will be on time and appreciate the same courtesy.
