- ½ Cup of Pumpkin Puree
- ½ Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 Cup Brewed Cold Coffee
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 3-4 Ice Cubes
- 1 T Maple Syrup
- 1 t Cinnamon
- For an extra protein boost add 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- For an extra greens boost add 1 cup of loosely packed spinach leaves
